I happened to come across this page today whilst reading about infertility.I had a miscarriage in May and still feel very sad.I have a four year old little boy and when he was christened he was given a card with the words” children are a gift from god “,I realize this now more than ever and I am trying to be patient.I have started fertility treatment recently as we are getting older and feel we need to try everything we can.Good Luck to you all

Dear Beth Bee, I understand how stressful and depressing such times can be. Do take care of yourself. I don’t think I can say anything much that would bring you comfort, other than the fact that God is still in control of your situation. As difficult as it is to believe, God still loves us and has a plan for us. I don’t know what his plan is for you – but do continue to look to him and place your hopes in him. I will pray for you to find peace and hope.

Is a long journey & a tired one…. There is no single days that can brighten me up. I’ve went through 4 cycles of IVF & till now still alone. My 2nd IVF attempt i got pregnant however only last for 2 mths cos the heart beat stop & the little ones left me & till now I could not let go.

Childless couples suffer in misery, worry, stress & always hoping for miracles. The suffering is not a short term but for life till we die. Some IVF patients might not even be able to know how their babies will look like b4 we leave this world & enter into GOD Kingdom.

The Government is not helping to reduce the IVF cost , each treatment is more then 10K . Childless couples suffer in time & time is always moving by the time we have enough $ for the procedure age is another factor.

I have PCOS, adenomyosis and endometriosis. I see that you posted this a long time ago but was wondering if you opted for the laproscopic surgery? It’s really no big deal so if you haven’t you might want to consider it.
I never heard that the adenomyosis can effect your cervical mucous.. interesting!!
